David M. Mellina was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1986.

Mr. Mellina received his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986.  He graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif and was a member of Phi Delta Phi.

Mr. Mellina received his B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in 1983, with a major in Accounting.  He was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.

Mr. Mellina received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1988.

Prior to establishing Mellina & Larson, Mr. Mellina was a director of the firm of Kelly, Hart & Hallman in Fort Worth, Texas, where he practiced in the Real Estate, Banking and Commercial Law Section for over 10 years.

Mr. Mellina primarily practices in the area of business law and commercial transactions, with emphasis on real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial development, joint venture and equity structuring and financing.

Mr. Mellina's professional activities include the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Fort Worth Business and Estate Council.

Mr. Mellina serves on the Board of Trustees for the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association, Inc. - North Central Texas Chapter as well as The Womens Center of Tarrant County.
