Organizational Structure

Mellina & Larson is organized as a professional legal corporation. Jack Larson acts as managing director overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations. The firm’s board of directors handles policy issues and other major issues. We utilize staff employees and outside consultants and professionals in the areas of accounting, information systems, personnel and operations with respect to firm administrative matters in an effort to support and facilitate the efficient delivery of legal services to our clients.
