Professional Biography    

David M. Mellina has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate law. Mr. Mellina was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1986, and received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1988. Mr. Mellina received his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986. He graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif and was a member of Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Mellina received his B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in 1983, with a major in Accounting. He was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi. Mr. Mellina primarily practices in the area of business law and commercial transactions, with emphasis on real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial development, joint venture and equity structuring and financing. Mr. Mellina is active in the local community and has served on numerous civic boards.
